Chemical Biology creates molecular tools…
… to understand and modulate biological processes, and uses physicochemical methods to observe and analyze these tools in complex environments.
It has direct applications in healthcare, agrochemistry and the environment, and is closely linked to the design of tomorrow’s therapeutic and diagnostic strategies.
SCF-ChemBio was created in January 2020 by the French Chemical Society, with the aims to:
Support and promote the chemical biology community in research and education
Create a network of academic and industrial professionals and students
We will be happy to host you for 11 plenary talks including 3 from industry.
You will have the opportunity to apply for 15 oral communications as well as 9 short communications dedicated to young researchers. Two poster sessions will allow for broader scientific discussions and exchange.

Become members of the Société Chimique de France
We wish to encourage the growing French community of chemical biologists to become members of the Société Chimique de France, and we therefore offer special rates for members of the SCF. The mission of the Société Chimique de France is to structure, lead and embody the network of individuals and legal entities involved in the chemical sciences and their development.
We will be happy to host you in Paris Saclay for this first in person symposium since SCF-ChemBio was created in January 2020!
