Reminder
To benefit from the early bird rate: we remind you that your registration must be paid (or purchase order received) before October 16, 2023 October 31, 2023.
(1) For students and SCF members, a certificate (student card or university certificate for the current year) or your SCF membership number will be requested.
(2) Members of EuChemS or EFMC National Adhering Organizations, as well as members of ICBS, are eligible for the same reduced registration fee as SCF members. Select the SCF member profile to benefit.
(3) On-site registration possible.
Reduced rate
If you wish to benefit from the reduced student rate (excluding post-docs), you will need to upload a copy of your valid student card to the registration form.
Without proof of your status, registration at the student rate will not be validated.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be notified as soon as possible by email to registration-chembio2024@agencepulsarevents.com
The following fees will apply:
- 50 € management fee will apply for cancellations received before December 11, 2023 (unless a communication is rejected)
- No refund of registration fees for cancellations received on or after December 11, 2023
